I am a customer for LIFE! My transmission and front suspension failed me in my beautiful Lexus and this wonderful and caring shop saved me from walking on the pavement. I received my vehicle in the best turnaround time ever in my history of getting repairs on my cars in the past but, United Auto Care Center is the BEST in the city of las Vegas! I am riding more smooth with the front suspension and faster with the new transmission. I recommend everyone I see to come and get your car repaired. They got me in promptly. I had purchased a deal on Groupon. Everything was fine with my oil change. Only mishap was that on the freeway I discovered my hood was not closed properly. I contacted the store and they did apologize and offered to rectify the situation in the future. That surprised me and I was grateful. I just wanted to make sure they were notified.

Preston is the best repair man we met! He already knew desperate folk when he see them. Others were trying to charge 90$ and more but thank God we found Preston's car shop. He is so nice and personable. And he is going to be our mechanic with whatever our car needs! Thanks Preston! Ps it's delicious food being cooked on the TV! ?
