I have several really great experiences here. My trip today was the longest wait at 1 hour but it was the day after a holiday so I wasn't anticipating getting in as quick as usual. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. Most of the Dr's have really good bedside manner and are very smart. I prefer this location over my closer location!!
Nakita was amazing, I was unprepared and didnt have my insurance, she was kind enough to look me up in the system and retrieve my insurance information!
Also she had nice nails 💅
I went to UMC Quick Care Centennial Hills and saw Dr. Tom. He was thorough, friendly, and had a great bedside manner. The only thing that took a little long was waiting for the person to pick me up for the chest x-ray. Even with that, I was in and out in an hour.
