I have had to use Ultra twice for my air conditioner / furnace. Both times Juan was the technician. He is smart, thorough and explains everything to make sure that you know exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He is such an asset to the company and also their Customer Service and reception people are great!!!

I am so impressed by the service from Ultra and particularly their tech, Juan. This was the fastest response and most efficient repair that Ive ever had from any service. Veronica called me as soon as they were open and had Juan out to me same day! Problem diagnosed and repair completed in short order. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance service.
