Tuesday, July 1st, I walked into Ulta Beauty with my boyfriend, who was treating me with replenishing some of my makeup supplies since I don't always keep up on it. I knew exactly what I needed (my favorite makeup brand, NYX), but we still decided to take our time walking through the store. We were in there for about 30-40 minutes, and I must say there was only ONE employee that took the genuine quality time to assist us was a young lady named Hope. She was also the ONLY employee who greeted us with a smile, kindness in her voice, and the willingness to check us out at the register. What a great experience! They had a good selection of products, and Sierra was amazing and took the time to show me the colors I look good in and gave me a makeover and taught me a lot about good makeup applying techniques.
I never write reviews but I had to after my latest visit. I had a fantastic experience thanks to associate jacoby ! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find the makeup I was searching for. His enthusiasm and expertise made shopping a joy, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I cannot wait to come back and shop with him!
