I was at this gym when it was 24. After bouncing around to different gyms I decided to try it and I really like it. It’s never horribly crowded, the staff is friendly but mostly I find that it has a great gym culture. People put up their weights, don’t stand in front of the racks, don’t sit on the machine texting or hold three machines to get one workout. I love that if there is a ufc event on people have brought their chairs to make a small watch party as they stream the fights live…. I don’t like that they don’t have a drinking fountain for those of us that don’t tote bottles around…. I dislike that you can’t get paper towels in the men’s... read full review

Very Nice. Visited with my cousin to check out the facility. Not crowded and has a spot where you can roll around on a martial arts mat to train. Love the environment. Professional, clean, and staff is friendly as well.

Great facility + equipment. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Sales and billing is a nightmare.
When I signed up the sales rep created and added an imaginary ‘Jake Kim’ as an extra member under my account. It took multiple calls and requests for follow up to get a hold of someone that was willing to help resolve the issue.
Today it seems like I was double charged again for my annual membership fee.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they got a class action lawsuit in the future, especially with the number of people having billing issues and all the paper trail evidence.
