Dr Keller took care of my wife very well. He was friendly and efficient. He did not rush through anything, obviously caring a lot about her situation. The receptionist called the insurance company to make sure we had coverage for her contact lenses, which we did. Overall, a very nice first visit.
Quick, efficient service. Great selection of frames at a great price. A good variety of insurances accepted, including Medicaid (always check with your insurance company). The Medicaid frame options were plentiful, with the option to pay the price difference for upgraded frames. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes. Huge, clean, bright office in a location that is easily accessible in a strip mall with ample parking, usually right in front.
The office will call to confirm your appointment and if you are running late. The front desk lady is nice once she warms up to you in an “auntiesque” manner that I find endearing. Good customer service from all staff.

Didn't get my initial exam here, but at another establishment down the street. But they didn't have frames that would discount with my insurance so I ended up coming here.The staff is AMAZING and there are never any wait times. My daughter broke my pair of glasses and I needed a replacement and fast. I was able to come in right before closing and pick out a new frame and get everything squared away.Not a huge selection, but definitely great pricing. Will definitely come here for future exams and hardware purchases.
