This review is TriPointe Summerlin Las Vegas. I also don't normally leave reviews because I hate complaining but this has been terrible so here I am hoping to help others! We purchased our house in Las Vegas in May of 2023. From the very beginning dealing with the Tripointe lending team it was a nightmare. They were "understaffed" as I was told so they were taking weeks to even review one document. The lender would go so long without replying to communicating with us on the status of the loan/documents. Aside from the buyer paying all of the builder's closing costs, their title company wraps in hundred of dollars in junk fees every buyer should be aware of. I find this to be appalling considering the amount of money the buyer is already spending to live in a TriPointe community. As a buyer myself, I find their fees to be a rip off and much much higher than other title companies. See Below and keep in mind for your next purchase with this builder. Lender FeesAsk for an invoice for the price they are charging you for the credit report. Mirrors fee- It is a silly fee and as the first buyers of a house, there are obviously no other mortgage holders on the property.... read full review

Disgusting RACIST behavior. My father and I arrived yesterday to look at the models. We did not know it was by appointment only, when we noticed the sign on the door we were about to leave I tried to scan the QR code to make the appointment but it wouldn't scan. So I just took a picture and we were about to leave. This older white man with light hair and black eyeglasses opens the door and began to speak nicely and even welcomed us in. (This was as we were about to leave because we had no appointment, we figured him opening the door and welcoming us in meant we could talk to him.)
