I would highly recommend Trademark Restoration. My mom's house had a small moldy spot on the ceiling that needed remediation and investigation of root cause. Dave Raynor came out to assess and estimate. He was professional, thorough, and offered helpful advice. He provided timely quote and followed up with me. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Remediation tech, Julio, promptly showed up on time ready to tackle the job 7am. He kept the work area clean, confirmed the root cause of the leak and helped me to liaise with the mold testing company for follow up I needed. Reached out to Dave regarding a potential leak & mold. He was able to fit me into his schedule the following day and came to my house to inspect & measure the area. I received an estimate within 48hrs (if not sooner). Dave followed up with me regarding scheduling which I appreciated. Otherwise I would have put it off. Alexis & Alejandro came out to my property today and took care of the problem area. Both were professional & communicated with me throughout the process. I will recommend TRS to anyone else in need of restoration services. Thank you!
