Dr. Adams hired a NEW STAFF!! Finally, they have a Competent, Organized, Caring & INTELLIGENT receptionist, Alexandra! She returned my call about a question that I had to verify correspondence of fax sent to a Neurologist Clinic. Alexandra called me back WITHIN AN HOUR to confirm! ALSO.... On the SATURDAY of Memorial day weekend, Dr. Adams' PA calls me to Reassure that the imaging emails were sent to the specialized clinic!! Saturday-holiday weekend!! For any patients that left Total Wellness Family Medicine - or to those contemplating leaving, DON'T do it! Thanks to the new staff, TOTAL WELLNESS FAMILY MEDICINE will take Much Better Patient/FRONT Desk care!!! Do not give up on this clinic!!

As other reviews have stated, Dr. Adams is really personable and understanding, but the negatives heavily outweight that. 4 hour wait times, staff not answering phone calls, missed telemed appointments, and staff not handling issues like insurance, prescriptions, and communication have been constant. The lack of competence, awareness, and concern from her staff is genuinely concerning considering this is a medical office.

I have been a patient for Doctor Adams for about 15 to 20 years and I refuse to go to any other doctor because Dr. Adams is excellent. She really care about my my medical needs and she is very opened and honest about my medical condition. She saved my life during the time I had a gallbladder procedure. Even though I have to wait in the waiting room for a very long time in order to see her, she is very worth the wait. I now come prepared for the wait by bringing my charged up cell phone, and my book just to kill the time. Yes indeed, Doctor Adams is the best,
