Never been to this location but know plenty that have and little do they know how much they are ripped off. When you do your taxes ask GROSS refund IRS amount. Make sure it's IRS REFUND AMOUNT AND NOT THE Toro refund Ask them for all their feesAnd ask them for the NET amount to be deposited into your account WHICH SHOULD EQUAL GROSS MINUS FEES : NETIf the gross amount does not match IRS records on IRS website , then someone is lying to you

I wouldn't be a repeat customer at Toro if I wasn't happy with the service. I'm very satisfied. Their friendliness and professionalism make tax time so much more endurable. I sleep better knowing that if I ever get audited, they will be there to document the validity of my fileing. I plan to start a new business soon. Toro will be my "go to" for all my business services needs.

Do NOT use Toro Taxes. They employ false and misleading tactics to charge exorbitant, hidden fees that are not clear upfront and hold your money hostage while giving you the run around. In fact, their corporate office line is disconnected. My friends are looking for other victims to file a class action lawsuit in addition to filing complaints with the secretary of state and the US attorney general's office. This people are thieves and have to be shut down!
