Stopped in for a gel mani and pedi. An older male tech was the one who performed the services and it was underwhelming. Did not clean my nails properly at all. My toes weren't even cleaned under the nail nor were the side cuticles cleaned. He just used the nail drill and that was it. My gel manicure was the same. He removed the previous (non-gel) nail polish and just left the residue all over my nails. I had to ask him to remove the excess polish left over and he seemed upset when I asked him to clean it up. Meilyn always does my nails and they come out so nice every time. I've come here literally since I was a kid that how long this place has been I'm 24 now. There have been lots of changes since but, what hasn't change is that they attend your as quickly as they can. There prices are definitely affordable to me. My first time here(03/25/23).The girl that did my pedicure was nice, but my deluxe pedicure thats$35+ didn't feel like anything special. The girls next to me were there before me and started before me getting a long massage on the legs and feet(which I thought I was paying extra for) My massage and painted toes were done before them(they got what they paid for at least a 5min massage on each leg) My polish on my big toes dried ugly as well dripping look but I was only in the chair for tops 5/6 minutes before she put the salon flip flops on and got me out of the chair. I would go to a different tech, this one a little young and in a rush
