I love Tide Cleaners! The drive-through service is super convenient, making the entire process fast and easy. I can drop off and pick up my clothes without even stepping out of my car. The quality is always top-notch—my clothes come back perfectly clean, fresh, and well-pressed every time. They’ve made dry cleaning so efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works at the Tide Cleaners on Fort Apache & Russell is always extremely pleasant and friendly. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their customer service as well as their dry cleaning.
The company’s app is a different story. I get coupons by email which have to be added to my account through the app, and even then I have to show the coupon on my phone when I drop off clothes. Why they can’t just add coupons to accounts in their system instead of customers having to take multiple steps, I have no idea…but this is problem with the company, not this specific location.
