This was my first time using this dry cleaners. The drop off and pick up was fast and easy. I LOVE the text reminders and notifications. It made the experience even better. I didn't have to guess when my clothes would be ready! I will definitely use them again.
I never really used a cleaners before until maybe 3 or 4 years ago. Thrift DLux is located in a busy never empty area but is worth the struggle of looking for a park. I love that i have a garment bag and all I have to do is drop it off. I get a text later with the count of my items and the status and when the items will be ready for pick up. I also love I can pay online and pick up items with stopping to pay. Basically Thrift Dlux is express and I love it. Staff has always be great also. Keep up the good job.
