The woman that answers the phone is very unprofessional and unpleasant. This company does its best to operate in the grey area of legality. One of these days you will cross the wrong person with severe consequences. Honestly I hope sooner than later.
This place is a joke..the people there have no common sense or customer service. If I didn’t have things to lose I would be in jail right now. So disrespectful. People fail to understand that they are normal people after they clock out. Be careful how and who you mistreat.
Shame on this company and any tow driver that towed cars on Christmas Morning!!!!! We're a family of 9 with 7 kids and had everyone home for one night to spend Christmas morning together.This tow company towed multiple cars including my daughters car from in front of the home I OWN with money from an HOA I pay, on CHRISTMAS MORNING!!!!What kind of business does that!!! Why aren't your drivers enjoying their families instead of out ruining Christmas morning for multiple families?If there ever is a day that should be off limits and allow for mercy, grace and enjoyment of our families it's Christmas!!
