I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. While there, I treated myself to a much-needed 100 minute deep tissue massage as well as a 50 minute facial. Both my massage therapist and aesthetician were wonderful! I am so glad that I was able to enjoy the services offered at the Trump spa from the staff at the front desk who were very welcoming and pleasant, to the spa attendant, who gave me a tour, and explained the services, I highly highly highly recommend that you go and treat yourself while staying at this luxurious and opulent super high-end hotel. I was provided a locker that I chose my own combination for. Inside the locker. There was a lovely folded robe, slippers, a bottle of water, make up remover, and a bag. There were two dressing rooms to change into. Inside the dressing rooms that were both well lit with a beautiful large mirror, hairdryer, combs brushes Q-tips make up remover with cotton pads, and deodorant, were available. The spa attendant waited while I changed and showed me the restroom prior to the massage. They had a steam room, as well as a sauna and individual showers with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razors, and shaving cream with plenty of towels, washcloths, shower, caps, hair ties, and bottled water. I felt as if my happiness and satisfaction were the employees number one priority. I was asked several times if I needed more or less pressure with my massage I actually woke myself up to the sounds of my snoring while getting the facial. The attached picture of me not wearing makeup, with the glass of champagne is actually the day after my massage and facial. I was using a day pass sitting in the relaxation room, just having some quiet wind down me time. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, and appreciated the security staff stationed at the entrance to the elevators. Patrons must scan their room key to proceed to the elevators. The valet and bellhop employees were efficient and professional. Every employee that I chatted with had tenure working at the Trump International hotel Las Vegas. They all were pleasant and were happy working there. The hotel was impeccably clean from the lobby, elevators, corridors, and the owner's suite that I stayed in with my family. The room was stocked with complementary amenities that we needed. Bottles of water, Keurig, coffee pods with a coffee maker, sugar, and sugar-free sweeteners with creamers, small refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric stove top. The room had a safe, plenty of storage space with drawers, and closet space with hangers, ironing board and iron. I brought my own paper plates and reusable cutlery, which was no problem at all. I guess Clark County does not allow for stocked pantries which I actually prefer. My family did not utilize the pool or hot tub but we did order takeout for dinner one night at the restaurant downstairs in the main lobby. The food was delicious and satisfying. The hotel also had a coffee bar with pastries and fruit as well as a gift shop on the main floor. On the floor that the spa and pool and hot tub were located, there was another to go restaurant which you were able to order and view the menu from the QR code. I highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, luxuriousness, employee, satisfaction, complementary amenities, and safety and security. If I could provide 10 stars for this hotel, I certainly would. This was a great experience and I look forward to visiting again.
Mandatory tip included but Tatiana didn’t even do my pedicure properly. She stopped way before the cuticle so only a week after my nails look grown out. She kept complaining about the shellac pedicure I had on before saying they did a bad job because they put more than two layers and her job taking them off was made harder. I also asked her to only file my nails but she ended up cutting them way too short. All around wasn’t impressed for it being $115.
Had an absolutely lovely couples massage here during my week stay at the Trump. My wife and myself both enjoyed our deep tissue massages thoroughly and our therapists were skilled, polite, and responsive. The price was the highest I've ever paid for a 50-min couples massage but the "floaty, walking on a cloud" feeling I had all day afterwards was worth every penny. Highly recommended.
