I stay at Siegel suites twain 1 in Las Vegas Paid my rent on time for 1 1/2 years will not do anything about fixing things in the unit i been having a waterleak for months. My ps5 got messed up from the water leak and other things This company only cares about money. They will treating you for money but can't fix shit Siegel Suites. If corporate doesn't care then why would a low pay manager care.

Paid my rent on time for 2- 1/2 years. I was a good tenant. Horrible communication with revolving door of staff. 10/10 do not move into my last apartment they will upcharge you, blame you for excess utilizing the dumpsters to have to pay more for the homeless person who came and took it out of the dumpsters. I was told one thing about what I would pay when I gave my 30day notice and when signing that I was breaking my lease for a better place that I would only pay 100.00 cleaning fee. About 6 days before I moved I was told I would have to pay 2600.00+ for breaking my lease and was told verbally if i dont pay that in 15 days it will go to collections. Stay where you are appreciated? And this place is infested with roaches ? I don't feel appreciated at all flamigo and eastern location mr segal please fix this issue before legal action is taken why do you care about people's money and not their living conditions 😕. Sleeping with roaches and you find that appreciated
