This review is long overdue, I got my keratin over 2 weeks ago... Elba is amazing! Customer service is excellent. She's the sweetest, my only regret is not coming to her before. I'm usually very picky about who touches my hair and just from my first phone call with her I knew I could trust her. When I came in she checked the condition of my hair and made sure to keep it very real with me about what she would be doing (and the cost, which is very reasonable) and she trimmed my hair a bit since it was uneven. Elba is very careful and detailed when it comes to handling your hair and you can tell she loves what she does. The plus for me is that's she's from NYC like me and it's so hard to find people that are honest and real out here, but Elba is a gem. I love my the results of my keratin treatment and I love my haircut as well! Thank you Elba!
No words describe how thankful I am to have found Elba! You can tell she truly cares about giving you the haircut you want. After being without a haircut for a few years, due to trust issues, the first thing she asked was ‘what my biggest concern was with the previous haircuts I’ve had’. She made me feel involved and secure by explaining what she was doing and periodically checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied before moving on to the next step! I love my haircut and her hospitality made me feel like I was catching up with a friend.
Elba is amazing, simply put. New to Vegas, I have tried several salons and been disappointed each time. Elba met and exceeded all expectations. Her Keratin treatment is worth every penny.
