We were without air 3 days, I called and they sent a technician out 1 hour later. The young man, Edgar Sandoval, was fast, knowledgeable, honest, thorough and had us back up and running in 30 minutes! once he completed his assessment. He took pictures & explained everything to us and our bill with the service call/parts included was under $160. I'm extremely happy and wanted to share. I've had bad experiences with warranty companies. The fee for home warranty is usually at minimum $125 not to mention, parts & labor. I highly recommend them and again, thank you Edgar.
Excellent, expert, and expedient service! I called for a quote and they answered promptly, even after hours. They offered to come out that evening, but I was fine waiting until next day. The next day, the plumber, David, was right on time and did a great job and was able to fix in minutes an issue we had been working on for days. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Thanks!
Had no run issue at 6:30 pm. Called and they were able to send a tech who arrived in less than an hour. The tech was early and very good. Had the fused disconnect on the truck had the unit running quickly. Woke up feeling cold this morning. My thanks to Edgar and The Cooling Company.
