Wax & Brow Perfection! I had an amazing experience with Kat--she truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, calming, and professional. She's extremely sanitary with her setup, which made me feel safe and cared for. She did an incredible job with my waxing, and when it came to my eyebrows, she used thread or a precise lining method to shape them flawlessly. I've never seen them this clean and even before--she has a real eye for symmetry and detail. Beyond her skill, Kat is also polite, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. She takes her time and makes sure everything is done right, not rushed. If you're looking for someone who's professional, gentle, and truly talented--Kat is it.

Booking the appointment was easy. System sent regular updates to ensure I knew to keep the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Kathryn contacted me directly to ensure I knew how to get there. Once inside, it was very clean and serene! She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. As a man, this can be a very awkward time, and it went very smoothly. The waxing went as I expected, as I've had it done before. Now several days later I can confirm she did a great job, with no issues. I've already booked my follow up appointment. Thanks Kathryn!
