I called for a quote and spoke to Trinity. Trinity (or Dan the service coordinator) set up a service technician for the following afternoon and confirmed via phone and text message. Juron, the technician called the following day, arrived according to his eta, and was professional and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to the quote for comparison to other AC service companies. Thus far, Gunnys gets an A+ for communication and expedient service.

Hi my service guy was Kevin, he spotted the problem in like 30 seconds quoted me a rate and serviced me within a half hour, the price could of been better but service and knowledge could not have been better. I am so relieved I got Kevin he made me feel at ease! I am truly blessed! This was my second time calling the first technician was Ryan he was awesome as well! Thank you for being a great company and caring about your employees it makes a huge difference to the consumers who notice it.
