My experiences with Gerard are always perfect! He contacts me via text prior to the appointment to ask if there's anything of concern inside or outside My home. He is kind, courteous, professional, and thorough! Also, in regard to the automated Terminix appointments, Following numerous phone calls, Emails and texts to the corporate office, in order to Make afternoon appointments not mornings, This was the first time the notification came with an afternoon appointment as I have requested so very often. I certainly hope this continues to be the case.

Marvis is our pest control guy at our property and I have to say he always gets the job done. Goes above and beyond to get all the needs of our residents taken care of and doesn’t mind taking time to explain in detail what might be going on inside there apartment. Dependable and reliable.
