He is kind, courteous, professional, and thorough! Also, in regard to the automated Terminix appointments, Following numerous phone calls, Emails and texts to the corporate office, in order to Make afternoon appointments not mornings, This was the first time the notification came with an afternoon appointment as I have requested so very often. I certainly hope this continues to be the case.
