We have been with this company, formerly called western exterminator, for many years and love their service. Stephen has been our technician for the past several years. I have been using this company for over 20 years and I have used the same exterminator who is beyond professional and intelligent about all pests which ( (knock on wood) I have NO issues at the present! Ricky comes approximately every 2 months and my inside and outside of home and property is pest free! We also used them when we lived down in Silverado Ranch when we built down there and neighborhood started having a rat problem and he helped get us rat homes for them and eventually they were gone but now we moved up the mountain snd thanks to Ricky we enjoy our home and neighborhood and I have no issues walking around barefoot!Services: Rodent extermination

Everything is great except they just started doing robot calls, and email when they are going to come. Our guy always calls the day before. That has been working out great. Sometimes you can't understand the robot calls., and emails get screwed up.Services: Home inspection
