I am really excited to have found this company. I called later in the afternoon (because the it’s always when your AC is going to die. Spoke with Hector who is the owner and he had me scheduled the next morning. Zach showed up on time and was ready to help. Got my problem solved at what I felt was a fair cost. Will be using them again!
We got great same-day service from Hector Cardenas and another technician (whose name i can’t remember) when the air conditioner stopped cooling at our townhouse in Henderson this week.
They diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, but it wasn't a simple as just replacing it with a new one, because the compressor still would not start. They then installed a stronger capacitor, which had enough kick to get things going again. Hector said this could be an indication that the compressor itself may be near the end of its life, but that cost of this service call would be credited toward that repair if it fails in the next month.
