Its reassuring that customer service does still exist in todays environment! I initially spoke with Michael in regards to a old desktop server I wanted to upgrade, he was patient, knowledgeable, and very transparent with his suggestions. I am very pleased with the customer service provided as well as the upgrades performed on this desktop. I went to pick up my pc and spoke with Levi, he was very helpful as well! He connected my pc before I left their business to demonstrate how my pc was operating with the upgrades I wanted. I would highly recommend using this company to fix, upgrade, or diagnose pc's. Tech2U sent Tyler, one of their technicians, to set up my new computer. It required a great deal of transferring of data in addition to connecting the computer to a printer and phone service. I had considered trying to do the whole thing by myself, but after watching everything that Tyler did to get everything up and running, I’m glad I didn’t. Given all the work he needed to do, I’m confident that going with a knowledgeable and experienced computer tech was the right decision. I’ve had Tech2U do a lot of other work for me in the past and I’m going to continue to rely on them for computer repair and installation in the future.
