Dee is an absolutely amazing personal trainer! Her professional experience and expertise in body transformation are truly unmatched. She is currently helping me prepare for the Miss Nevada pageant, and I can confidently say I’m in the best shape of my life.

Not only does Dee fine tune nutrition to fit my specific needs, but she also tailors every workout to sculpt my body exactly the way I want. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dee! Her expertise and personalized approach have made a significant difference in my fitness journey. I am not looking to compete, just wanted to be healthier and tone up. She creates tailored workouts that challenge me while keeping things fun and engaging. Dee is incredibly motivating and always pushes me to reach my goals. I look forward to my workouts with her, which I can’t say the same about past trainers. I appreciate her energy, support and knowledge, which makes every session enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!
