Couldn’t have been more relaxing and perfect! They thought of everything from entertainment (tv with speakers in sauna) to weights available for use, complimentary towels and red light therapy inside the sauna as well! Best infrared sauna experience I’ve ever had!

The women at the desk are sweet and calm. The suites are one's own and polished. The amenities are thoughtful to all of your senses- Refrigerated coconut water up front, scented iced towels for cooling down, broad spectrum light therapy above your head, noise cancelling glass doors, dimmable lights for added relaxation, dumbbells included and a Peloton membership on each flat screen tv. My first time trying and it was so amazing! I looked up nearby sauna to bring my friend who was in town for the weekend to celebrate our birthdays. The infrared component was new and after researching more, it made perfect sense to incorporate into overall wellness. We got appointments quickly and easily just by calling in the morning for 11:30 appt. Turk was so knowledgeable and shared in a concise way of the plethora of infrared sauna benefits and answered our questions.
