Excellent customer service started with the first call for an evaluation of my wasp problem. The pleasant young lady got me right on the schedule for the first appointment of the day just two days out. Two clean, uniformed, well spoken professionals hopped out of a nicely marked, well outfitted pick-up truck and greeted me with a friendly smile and got right to work. They sized up the job, eradicated my wasps and packed up their tools in about 30 minutes. To my great surprise, and gratitude, they would only accept the $35 evaluation fee.
