Customer service was exemplary! After traveling/camping 16 days I had 3 big loads to do. Soon after entering this laundromat the staff person Lilly came up to me and asked if it was my first time. The card service tho straight forward was new to me and she guided me through the entire process. She was so friendly the whole time. What helped most is her expertise in knowing how much money I’d need to put on my pay card and what size washers I’d need. All 3 washers and dryers worked perfectly. Lilly was busy keeping the place clean when not helping customers. We do a lot of traveling and this was the best laundromat experience we’ve had!
My first time in a laundromat in about 30 years! My washer broke, and of course couldn't wait for repair. Lilly is amazing! Walked me thru the process, very friendly. Highly recommend this place!
