The owner of this place is down right rude and nasty. I hope she rots. My husband went in to get a flower arrangement for our 26th wedding anniversary and because two weeks before I got a cancer diagnosis. He knows what I like and wanted to make sure everything was just right. All the stargazer lillies were closed. He wanted some that were open. She had none. He said maybe if they are in sun a bit they may open by the time we get to restaurant. He delivered them straight to the restaurant and came home to get me for our dinner. 230.00 bouquet of flowers dead 4 days later. Everything even the unopened stargazer lillies which are my favorite. I emailed the shop. Then the owner calls me and says my husband was nasty and rude, said he'd set them in the heat and sun, which is totally untrue. This lady, by the reviews is a rude, piece of crap. I don't know how someone runs a business without the thinking of " the customer is always right" but she seems to. I feel sorry for her employees. Then she sends a bouquet of only stargazer lillies to my house to replace a 230.00 arrangement! When I opened the door, I started laughing and told the driver to take them back directly to her along with the old bouquet that was dead. Now here I am with nothing from our Anniversary and having surgery on Wednesday. I would never buy flowers from. this place!
