Overall I would not return. The massage was almost decent except for the fact that my massagist seemed to be in a rush. The jacuzzi/sauna rooms are spacious and with nice ambiance. However the tub corners are dirty -as if someone missed several cleaning schedules. The worse part is that not online nor during phone calls do they mention a mandatory "tip" but after you pay, laugh and bear what ever service they want to render, they bombard you by repeatedly tapping on an in-store pamphlet -pointing at it and looking at you. This was poor representation and awkward aggressive behavior because the female massagist responded poorly. I do not recommend. They are presumptuous and rude.
My friend recommended this place & told me to ask for Tiger. I am so glad I did! I was in so much pain from the work week & desperately needed a massage. I went for the 90-minute & it was amazing. I feel so much better. The place is large and all of their pricing is really good. I will definitely be back & will sign up for the membership.
Always tip $20 per person. Tiger and Danna did our couples massage and it really de-stressed us! We request our favorite masseuse every time we book. We pay $20 annual membership for the discount pricing that cannot be found elsewhere ($68 for a 90-min!). We always give a $20 tip per person which is what they expect and we feel that $88 for a 90-min massage is worth it! This time the environment was quiet; sometimes people talk in other areas, but our regular masseuse, Tiger, is always professional. He always asks if the pressure is ok, if the water is warm enough, etc. I appreciate his attention to my comfort level. Danna was new to us and my hubby said she provided him the best massage he has ever had there. We will request them both for now on. They offer water or hot tea at the end, and they show gratitude for their $20 tip (each). I believe $20 each is the expected tip, so bring your cash. I think the bad reviews I've read could be prevented if the expectation for $20 annual membership and $20 tip were stated more clearly and up front in their advertising. Most people who know pricing would not blink at paying $88 for a 90-min massage (or $108 w/out membership); however, when you advertise a cheap service, then you attract cheap customers who don't understand that tipping is how these employees get paid. We will be back! We are loyal customers for 5 years now!
