I really like teresa. I feel like she was very knowledgeable in being able to feel where my muscles were more tense and bothersome and the area to work on in order to relieve the other areas.

Derrick did detailed initial evaluation. He set up a detailed course of treatments. While I saw others for several appointments, he would ask how I was progressing during treatments. He checked with me on my experience and how my problem was being addressed. Very competent

Dr. Martin is a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. She is also very caring in her approach to your individual treatment plan. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a PT.

Sports Plus Physical Therapy provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services. Our team of expert physical therapists and physical therapy assistants design treatment plans customized to our patients’ specific needs and goals, working hard to help patients return to normal activities. We treat orthopedic disorders and dysfunctions such as low back/neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, post-operative rehabilitation, muscle strains, joint sprains/pain/swelling, knee and ankle injuries, chronic pain, tennis/golfer’s elbow, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. We provide sports and work injury rehabilitation and incorporate modalities such as dry needling, manual therapy, and soft tissue and joint techniques.
