I had an appointment with Lainie this past Saturday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease — which, let’s be honest, isn’t always easy when it comes to waxing!
She has such a calming, positive energy that instantly put me in a comfortable headspace. On top of that, she was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to ask about my skin concerns, recommended tips for treatment, and suggested a few products that would help. Amalia was amazing. Put me at ease and made me very comfortable. Seemed like I was only there about 15 minutes and she was saying we were finished. Had been an hour. All the staff were friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them as well as Amalia. Only issue was missed a bunch of hair. Had to spend some time cleaning that up. Also left some wax on me that ended up on my clothing that now won’t come out.
