I just wanted to post a quick "pre-service" review...
The first interaction I had with this company was due to a home warranty service call, and Silver Valley Pool called to schedule.
I explained what is going on with my pool to the lovely lady on the line, and the level of customer service was just excellent!
Without knowing if I was going to cancel the service request or not, the staff of Silver Valley answered all of my (many) questions.
The bottom line is that my claim will probably not be covered by insurance, but this short phone interaction showed how this company operates; with honesty and integrity.
Silver Valley Pool and Spa Repair really came to our rescue. April was so helpful. I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to help you. Anthony installed our pool pump motor for us. Great job, great tech, great company. 5+ stars.
I have used this company exclusively for nearly 5 years now (Dec 2018) in which Anthony has been to my home many times to repair and/or replace things pertaining to my pool equipment and never the same thing(s) he's serviced. He has always done an excellent job in taking care of my problems as well as explaining the situation along the way. He has also given me many tips on various things pertaining to the operations of my pool. April, the office manager is very polite, accommodating and always gets back to me whenever I leave a message.
