I came here with a friend for her bachelorette and had the best time! We bought a Groupon for massages and had such a relaxing time. After our services, the front desk receptionist, Jelly was super helpful and even let us know that our Groupon gave us $20 an item in the shops. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience and activity.
Absolutely Amazing First Massage!
This was my very first professional massage, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. My massage therapist was incredibly detailed, thorough, and patient — she explained each step and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which helped me feel completely comfortable. The entire experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending the Serenity Spa to everyone I know!
Booked an 80 minute massage. Giselle had strong hands, and did wonders for my shoulders. The facility is nice with two hot tubs, a sauna and steam room. Knocked stars off because I specifically asked for hips/glutes/low back, and reminded during the massage, and she did not work on that area at all, stuck to my upper back and legs, even after I said mid-massage that I was really looking forward to the hips/glutes/low back. When it was done I thought well maybe she ran out of time, but when I checked the clock, I had a 70 minute massage not the full 80, so she had plenty of time time but didn’t do my specific request.
