I'm writing to place a formal complaint against Carly. At the start of my therapy session with Carly today Saturday, January 17, 2025, Carly started the conversation by stating to me that she did not appreciate me speaking with you, her supervisor. If I had any issues or concerns that I had to address them with her as I have the potential of being a manipulator. Carly proceeded to say that I am always arguing with her, that I don't like to be challenged or pushed but that it is okay to have the type of reaction that I do by arguing with her when she suggest a challenge to me. I started with this company Serenity Counseling & on June 13 I wish I would have known about this company this company is not like otherwise I have walked into. Where the therapists are snobby and don't know how to say hello and good morning even the receptionist this company makes you feel welcome and comfortable and safe. I like . Carlye Rowe My therapist doesn't judge you or makes you feel uncomfortable.
