One therapist, Virtue, is particularly commended for her kindness, dedication, and effectiveness in helping clients overcome obstacles and improve their mental health. I'm writing to place a formal complaint against Carly. At the start of my therapy session with Carly today Saturday, January 17, 2025, Carly started the conversation by stating to me that she did not appreciate me speaking with you, her supervisor. If I had any issues or concerns that I had to address them with her as I have the potential of being a manipulator. Carly proceeded to say that I am always arguing with her, that I don't like to be challenged or pushed but that it is okay to have the type of reaction that I do by arguing with her when she suggest a challenge to me. I responded to Carly stating my mother has seen my improvements by the little challenges that have been willing to accept. Carly responded to me by stating that my mother is my mother, not my therapist. I feel as though Carly was on the defense with me as a result of my conversation with you. Carly questioned me and asked me if I was going to do this to every therapist that I encounter. I felt her conversation with me at the start was defensive, aggressive and hostile. As my licensed therapist, it is her duty and responsibility to help me manage my anxieties, depression, issues and concerns that I express in confidence. I seek professional help due to my disabilities to assist me, guided and coach me in a professional manner. My therapy session today I feel was not professional and has managed to enhance my anxiety. I could not continue my conversation with Carly after she asked me if I was going to do this with every therapist and stated she was going to cancel my session next week. I reacted by hanging up on her. I was made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected. At this time I prefer to no longer continue my therapy sessions with Carly as a result of her unprofessional behavior, that in turn managed to cause me to have an anxiety attack. I appreciate you offering to assist me locating another therapist. However, at this time I kindly decline your offer, as I will seek services elsewhere on my own. when made complaint against. I started with this company Serenity Counseling & on June 13 I wish I would have known about this company this company is not like otherwise I have walked into. Where the therapists are snobby and don't know how to say hello and good morning even the receptionist this company makes you feel welcome and comfortable and safe. I like . Carlye Rowe My therapist doesn't judge you or makes you feel uncomfortable.
