I have had 3 previous windshields replaced by Safelite with one of them at this location and they have always been excellent. The replacement on my 2017 Toyota Sienna done 2 days ago did not meet my expectations. The technician did explain that there was a problem with the new right and left bottom moldings and left the old ones in the vehicle in case I wanted to replace them, which I thought was odd since I was paying them as the experts to do the job that I wasn't trained to do. Both moldings were actually lifting off the vehicle, and the adhesive would not allow them to be reattached. The work was so great and finished on time as promised. The best thing was safelite came to my residence and replaced my window. The service man, Georges was very friendly he is amazing and a very nice person.

I was extremely pleased with the Safelite team who replaced my windshield. The entire in-person experience was clean, smooth, and efficient. The job only took a couple of hours, and they successfully recalibrated my Subaru Outback’s EyeSight system without any issues. The technicians clearly knew what they were doing, and the quality of the labor really showed.

The only downside was the initial phone experience. The customer service representative was a bit pushy with upsells for Rain-X and wipers in the $50–$60 range, which felt unnecessary. Once you get past that part, though, the actual service and workmanship were solid and professional.
