UPDATE: Not only have almost all the plants died that be recommended, but he never submitted anything to our HOA, in violation of his contract with us. Frank remains the single worst landscape contractor I have ever dealt with in more than 23 years of home ownership. If I could give him negative 5 stars, I would.Frank did my yard as well as our neighbor’s. Simple uncomplicated installs with pavers, plants, and fake grass patches. At most, a 5 or 6 day job. We were promised two full crews, one crew working each of our back yards at the same time. What we got was mostly 1 guy, sometimes 2 — total. And excuse after excuse, delay after lie after delay. Frank is the best! He even delivered the paperwork/application to the HOA in person to speed things up..I had an estimate from a well known company that advertises on TV… Tuff luck for them them..lolThey wanted to charge me $6,000 more than Frank did and that’s the honest truth!! I highly recommend SVL Landscape Services because Frank is very personable and goes far and beyond.. thank you Frank! Happy Wife, Happy Mike ???
SVL LANDSCAPPING DID A GREAT JOB ON MY FRONT AND BACK YARD .I HAD ROCKS AND CURBING PUT IN THE FRONT WITH TWO BEAUTIFUL PALMS , IT LOOKS GREAT. NOW TO THE BACK YARD, I HAD THEM PUT DOWN ARTIFICIAL GRASS WITH A SHORT WALL TOWARDS THE REAR AND THEN THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL BUILT IN BBQ . PAVERS FINISHED THE JOB AND I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH WITH THEIR WORK AND HAVE TOLD MANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. ☺
