I’ve been a patient for about four months, rehabbing a knee after surgery, and I’ve just started working on strengthening my shoulder from an old injury. I worked with George for most of that time and recently began working with James. Both are excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain each exercise and why it matters for recovery.
Thanks to their guidance, I’m now able to jog, climb and descend stairs smoothly, and feel confident using my knee in everyday activities, including cycling. Once my shoulder is strong enough, my goal is to get back to mountain biking.

I’ve seen Dr. Alecu for several months for an achilles tendon injury. He and his staff have been amazing. They are very thorough with explanations about your individualized treatment plan, exercises, and expectations for recovery. They all have a broad range of therapies to assist in healing like shock wave, ultrasound, and lasers. I highly recommend them for anyone’s physical therapy needs!
I was nervous to first start coming to physical therapy but George is very kind and explains things very well. The staff is caring and they create a positive atmosphere which makes you feel really welcomed.
