I had a terrific experience. Conveniently located in Costco, i was seen according to my appointment and was impressed by Dr. Doyle. Straight forward and professional. I then proceeded to order new glasses. Voilà!
My wife, Gigi, had her annual eye exam earlier this month by Dr. Doyle . Same as last exam, Dr. Doyle was very detailed and extremely patient in recommending what's best for my wife in selecting contact lenses. The front desk staff, Isela, Glenice and Daniel were very friendly and courteous. Daniel was proactively offering advices and help in the paper work process that saved me and my wife another trip back to clinic. We highly recommend Red Rock Vision at this location.
I liked the doctor when we went but oh boy, the support staff seem absolutely miserable. They were extremely smug when answering some basic questions and scoffed at us like we were dumb for not knowing all of their policies or NV state laws surrounding those policies (we recently moved here). I tried to call twice to get the information I needed before walking into their office so I wouldn't waste anyone's time, but no one answered. I don't have a problem with the policies themselves, just the rude/ snarky way in which they were told to us. They were a convenient location but I don't like being treated with so much attitude when it comes to my healthcare.
