Karina and Michelle are great and a special shout out to Tao at the front desk for her polite and professional customer service. My teenager came with me this week as a treat and used a photo for the acrylic length and style she wanted. Unfortunately, as soon as I saw them I hated them. She whispered she hated them, but as a teen she was rushed me out the door knowing I'd speak up:) . They were longer, extremely thick and two times the width of her natural nail bed. I’ve been going here for several years after bouncing around from shop to shop literally all over town for years. I used to drive 30-40 minutes across town just to get my nails done how I like, until she wasn’t consistent anymore and I had to keep searching. This nail shop is not only consistently good but also close to my house and in a good area, but it didn’t become my favorite until Karina came.
