I was on a vacation in Vegas with my kids. We had a car rental. I didn't use the insurance offered through the car rental company, and instead agreed I'd use my own. I was downtown when I got a flat tire. It was a Sunday. I'm not from that town, and panicked what I'd do, especially with two little kids in the car. I called Ray Auto, and Ray did come to open the shop to help me, and save the day. He charged me a very decent price, although it was an emergency, and I couldn't have been more grateful and thankful for his professionalism, empathy, and compassion. Wow!!! I'm very grateful that these great folks are here. This is the greatest experience that you'll receive from a repair shop, I promise you! I'm traveling from Virginia and my car started running hot and I had a major coolant leak. They provided the best solutions with very fair prices to get me back on the road. Ray and Vanya are super genuine people that take pride in service and taking care of your car as if it was theirs. I'm moving here and I will only bring my car/'s to this shop in the future. Their customer service is unmatched. Don't hesitate to take your car here. I'm very pleased!
