My son ordered flowers for my birthday and then I was to get flowers each month for 5 more months. The flowers arrived the day after my birthday. The next month they arrived 2 days late after my son called to complain. This is the 34e month and it is now 7 days after they should have been delivered. My son called to inquire and I've called 3 times and still they're not here. The address and phone number on the site (Kitchener, Ontario, Canada) are both bogus. The address is a residential home and the owner is very frustrated. The phone # rings and then hangs up. DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My daughter ordered flowers and chocolates for Mother's Day. The website advertised free delivery. She was charged delivery and I never received the chocolates. She left a voicemail and emailed and didn't receive a response.
