Working with Randstad has been an awesome opportunity. Working with Jackie has taught me a few things about the industry. Not only does Randstad help employees find good work but also they care about their employees and their well-being. When I needed a job the most–I went to Randstad and within a week I started working again. Everybody has different experiences with Randstad or any other company but one thing I will say is no one is perfect and I can see that they’re doing their best to give the best experience possible ?? David Rabenfeld at Randstad and Jacqueline Cook at the via Austi Parkway in Las Vegas,NV location were able to place me with a company which is geared towards nationwide construction equipment rentals . They submitted me for 1 opportunity but that company decided to close that position. They were on top of trying to find me something in my field of experience, submitted me to the company that I work for now as a direct hire, full time! They were, especially David, calling me everyday throughout the process. David made it "smooth sailing" after my first interview, even gave me some interview advice.
