Rain did a great job with selling us the right system for our home and a quick and easy installation. I am impressed with Rain Water Conditioning of Las Vegas understanding we did not need the most expensive unit for our home. We have 2 people in the house and they sold us the correct system for our home. Highly recommend this business. The system works great and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!
Rain Water Conditioning of Las Vegas delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. Technician Shawn was outstanding—professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about both water softeners and RO systems. He gave us an authentic, very detailed explanation of the equipment and services, answered every question, and even provided samples to help us compare results. Most importantly, there was zero pressure. Shawn simply presented facts, explained options, and let us decide what fit our needs for a new-build home.

Nickole was super thorough in helping us find the right water softener. She is highly knowledgable and made sure that we were well taken care of in the purchase process as well as getting an install set up and providing us our options. Demetri came out to install the unit, and I can't recommend him enough. He is an expert in installing units and treating people kindly and right.
