We called in Quick Response after another company had done nothing in eight days after a water line had broken and flooded our downstairs. They immediately got to work replacing flooring and kitchen cabinets. The work was outstanding, and the crew was courteous, professional and prompt.
We have had multiple leaks in our house due to poor plumbing and a couple of roof leaks as well. We have Quick Response on speed dial. They always come quickly with fans and are able to assess the damage and cut out any drywall if necessary. They leave the fans until the area is dry and then pick up. We typically have them do our drywall repair and paint as well-Jackie is great to work with for scheduling and Steve who does the work is very friendly.
Leaking air conditioner, ceiling damage, delicate wall. They did great. I was really nervous because I had wallpaper. They repaired everything at a reasonable price and a reasonable amount of time. But the quality? Way higher than my expectations. Can't do better.
