Service was great. From customer service representative on the phone to the technician (Lior Danovich). He replaced the lock on the front door and fixed our car key fobs. Super friendly and patient. Highly recommend.
I needed a replacement keyfob (sadly, I put the last one in the washer by accident and when it came out, it was very unreliable). Ken came to my house, tried to work with the old key to see if he could recover it. The programming worked but the key itself was bad. Fortunately, Ken was able to get a replacement fob within an hour, brought it to my house, and quickly put the program on the fob. Ken was friendly, transparent about the price, and solved my problem very satisfactorily. The price was less than the dealer, the problem was solved on the weekend and in my driveway! Saved me a lot of hassle of bringing the car to the dealer and spending a while waiting for them to do the work. I recommend Ken and his company for any locksmith work you need.
