Communication has been great the few cleans i've used PC. I also appreciated the girls working in the extreme heat just as my air conditioner died. What troupers for getting the job done! I am very happy with the service so far.
I work with Alex and June. They are very precise and if i need something specific they always listen and want to make me happy. I have a big house too but their price is better than other companies. Totally recommend
Alexandra (Alex) the owner was very professional and honest over the phone. I even offered her more money to come sooner and she refused. I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning after I remodeled my home! My house was covered in dust from installing hardwood. The flooring guys left my home in complete disarray. It was 1700 sq ft of dirt, dust, and absolute filth. I wasn't sure if Proficient Clean would be able to get my house livable in one day. The workers were still finishing up when Alex and her team arrived. She got right in and went to work. Thank God because I was distraught and sleep deprived from the stressful remodel. I just wanted my house back! She saw my stress and told me "everything's going to be fine" Lol. Obviously Alex has dealt with situations like this before because she took the reins. She had a plan for the dust removal. They started upstairs and worked their way down. The walls literally had to be washed because the wood dust was EVERYWHERE. Once all the dust was removed, they cleaned, mopped, etc. It took her all day, but she did it! I wanted to cry I was so happy. I paid her exactly what we agreed on (and a tip of course). It was a huge job! I couldn't believe they did it. The next day, I was able to bring in all my furniture from the garage and settle in. What a lifesaver she is. I've had Alex come back for regular cleanings since then. Always professional and on time. She goes above and beyond. Thank you Alex!!!! :)
