arrived at about 330pm and I was told to have a seat because all the techs were with patrons. A lady walked in after me and she was immediately seen by a tech. One of the workers commented that I was before her so I was told to have a seat at a pedicure chair by a older gentleman. My feet were soaking in the bubbling cold tub for at least 15 minutes. One of the other male techs had no customers but he continued to do other things until a female customer entered and he assisted her right away. Thank God Annie came to the rescue after more than 20 minutes. She made the water warmer for me and did my pedicure and manicure with no issues. I’ll be calling her from now on when I need a manicure and pedicure. Call them before you go in. Don’t Just walk in otherwise they’ll ignore you. I notice the men are more attentive to the women than other men. Red flag?
